Valen ranks among the Queen’s Academy’s strongest trainees. He is expected to face the approaching graduation trials. But a late-night confrontation ends with his fall into the ravine bordering one of the Academy corridors.

The Incident

The incident follows combat training. Witnesses describe an argument between Valen and another trainee. This dispute reportedly connects to the Academy rankings and an earlier conflict between the pair. The confrontation escalates into a physical fight. Valen goes over the railing and does not survive the fall.
